By using our towing or repair services you agree that "We" (JDC Truck & Trailer Repair) can make public any brand names or vehicle markings and vehicle types,  we will not share any license plate or name with phone number without the consent of the customer. "We" will not share any transaction information or reasons for services with any person or company other than law enforcement.

"We" will not share any names pictures or  locations of any kind should the services rendered be connected with an accident involving a fatality.
